What you will learn
Plenty of us lose things that fall in the water, from a boat or a jetty. There are effective ways to find them and bring them back to the surface.
- Specific search methods for small and large objects.
- Swimming a set pattern so no area is left unsearched.
- Knots for attaching lift bag lines.
- Lifting heavy or bulky objects from the seabed.
Handling lift bags is harder than it looks, because the volume of air keeps changing as you ascend. You practise with them on the course.
